GTD series Glass-based True Time Delay Line
The GTD-series true time delay chip is a delay line fabricated using glass based semiconductor processes. Compared to traditional GaAs-based MMIC delay lines, the GTD-series offers extremely high Q‑factor and exhibits significantly lower insertion loss than GaAs delay lines with equivalent delay times. When used in conjunction with MMIC switches/phase shifters, it can effectively mitigate the squint issue in large-aperture phased array antennas.
